That's Katie Shawger who played Maria in LOVE ME, LOVE ME NOT and was also the costume designer. I bought her that dress. That was the extent of our relationship. There's another inadequate picture of her and an old résumé at

She's happily married and sent me a picture of her with her newborn son.
